Bot to identify the intent and extract the entity from user's comment - MSC MI 2017-2019
Cherrylabs Technology Pvt Ltd, based out of Bangalore, India is a Cloud
company with multiple software products in Cloud deployed in SaaS Model.
ASISTA is a
agship product of Cherrylabs and is established in "Customer
Engagement Software" domain. Asista also has Machine Learning based
Chatbot.
In this project I am intended to create similar Bot project in parallel with
mentoring from Software Engineering Team of Cherrylabs using standard
NLP/ML tools and train the bot in such a way that the bot should identify
the intend and entity of the sentence or comment generated by the client or
the vendor automatically and based on the conditions and events the bot has
to assign the problem of the client to the appropriate agent.
