Summary, etc. In the present circumstances citizens depends Information Technology for the knowledge about information and services of Government departments. The main reason is that they can avail information from their own place through Information Technology.<br/><br/>The information of all Governments departments of Kerala mainly depends upon the official web portal of Kerala Government. From this a Citizen cannot easily collect information of each department. The main reason is that information’s are available in different web pages.<br/><br/>This problem can be rectified by using a web portal through Modern Technological methods. For that producing a web portal of e-Citizen portal and make it as a pilot project primary in the secretariat departments. compress full implementation stage in this e-Citizen web portal can include the information of all Government departments can be obtained.<br/><br/>In this detailed project report the developing features of e-Citizen Portal and necessary data are systematically described. Through the technology of the Natural Question Answering System the doubts of the citizen can be solved. Presenting the way to reach Government institutions through a map in the portal helps a citizen to access the destination easily.<br/><br/>In this present situation through this e-Citizen Portal a citizen can obtain all the information in a very simple manner. By the way correct information of all Government departments can be induced to the citizen.<br/>
