General note A social networking service (also social networking site, SNS or social media) is an online<br/>platform that people use to build social networks or social relations with other people who<br/>share similar personal or career interests, activities, backgrounds or real-life connections. The<br/>growth of social media over the last decade has revolutionized the way individuals interact<br/>and industries conduct business. We attempt to extract the special data from social<br/>networking applications like facebook and twitter, analyzing the data on the most relevant<br/>and controversial topic “tsunami” and “demonetization” and analyze it using R for<br/>understanding the behavior of people. First of all we extracted the data from facebook on the<br/>topic “tsunami” using facebook developer app. Thus we got a world wide data to get more<br/>precise data we extracted it from twitter on the topic “demonetization” using twitter.apps. we<br/>Geocoded the extracted data and plotted it. The further sentimental analysis will be<br/>conducted in the coming semester. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>
