The aim of this project of social media analytics is generate insights from the unstructured data
available on Social media platforms like Facebook , twitter etc. With the rapid increase in social
media platforms and active users on these platforms , it is the need of the hour that to make
better decisions and understand user sentiments we analyze the data received from these
platforms. Simplify360 is a leading company working in the field of social media monitoring and
social media intelligence and hence we provide insights like buzz trend , sentiment analysis ,
online campaign analysis etc. so that brands can maintain their online reputation and increase
their fan base and gather more engagements which results in profit for the client . The objective
behind this project is to generate data reports to cater to requirements as per requests by
different clients at Simplify360 and come up with different analysis to aid in better business
decisions and increase in the revenue.
