Change readiness assessment study: for implementation of e- governance programme in directorate of technical education department

Department of Higher Education has decided to implement e-Governance in Department of Collegiate Education, Universities and Department of technical Education. The proposed e-Governance system will processes institution wide transactions on a single software system. Introduction of new system will bring about changes in the existing work flow. This document provides report on change readiness assessment enhancing the level of preparedness needed for change to happen successfully.
