Bot to identify the intent and extract the entity from user's comment

<br/><br/> Cherrylabs Technology Pvt Ltd, based out of Bangalore, India is a Cloud<br/>company with multiple software products in Cloud deployed in SaaS Model.<br/>ASISTA is a <br/>agship product of Cherrylabs and is established in "Customer<br/>Engagement Software" domain. Asista also has Machine Learning based<br/>Chatbot.<br/>In this project I am intended to create similar Bot project in parallel with<br/>mentoring from Software Engineering Team of Cherrylabs using standard<br/>NLP/ML tools and train the bot in such a way that the bot should identify<br/>the intend and entity of the sentence or comment generated by the client or<br/>the vendor automatically and based on the conditions and events the bot has<br/>to assign the problem of the client to the appropriate agent.
