In this project I am intended to create similar Bot project in parallel with mentoring from Software Engineering Team of Cherrylabs using standard NLP/ML tools and train the bot in such a way that the bot should identify the intend and entity of the sentence or comment generated by the client or the vendor automatically and based on the conditions and events the bot has to assign the problem of the client to the appropriate agent. | ||
